Great mix of classes, wonderful instructors, positive atmosphere!

Being new to yoga, I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for my first class. I am in LOVE with this studio and the classes they offer. The owner and teachers are so kind and teach to all levels! I look forward to “my” time every week and never miss a chance to make it to a class. So thankful I got out of my comfort zone and gave Effn’ Yoga a try! ❤️

Since I have started attending the classes at Effin Yoga, I have experienced such a transformation both physically and mentally. The teachers at the studio are top notch and the classes definitely show how educated these teachers are in their field. The addition of the boutique and tanning services make this studio a one-stop shop for all of your needs. The owner promotes self-care; something I was not doing until I started attending Effin Yoga. My blood pressure has lowered and this how allowed my physician to decrease this medicine. I was having some cardiac events one month prior to joining last March. Those issues are now resolved. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I must honestly say that I had no idea what the different levels of yoga could do for my body; especially the myriad of classes that include Barre, HIIT, yoga sculpting, Hot flow yoga, Pilates on the Mat, and the All levels yoga. These are just but a few of my favorite. My weekly flare-ups have decreased to just one a month now. But most of all, I am so grateful for the new friendships that I have now due to meeting so many like minded people; we are motivators and we encourage each other. I am so grateful that Ms. Crouse has the vision and creativity to provide these services in Effingham County. She definitely needs to be nominated for Business Woman of the Year here in Effingham County. She is also involved with giving back to the community through her work with different organizations. Effingham County is blessed to have such an innovative person providing services to all walks of life.

I am a 70-year-old man who had a work opportunity that brought me to the Savannah area. After settling into the new job and home, my number one need was to find a good yoga studio of like-minded people. I have practiced yoga for several years in Tulsa but never could commit the time that I needed for my well-being. In my search, I struck a (5 star) gold mine with my first pick! Effin Yoga Studio had what I was looking for and much more. On the first day I walked into the studio, I felt energized with the sense of belonging and being home. The more I went, the more I wanted to go. All the teachers do a great job in their guidance, a tribute to Mary’s Yoga Teacher Training program. There is such a choice in class types and hours that worked with my schedule. Everything from their beginners, gentle yoga, yin, meditation, and all levels classes to hot flow, barre and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) all of which challenges my physical and mental strength and endurance. The benefit in finding Effin Yoga Studio is immeasurable in my health, emotional, social, and mindfulness. I can honestly say that the joy and love I get, with practice at Effin Yoga Studio, I take with me every day. I am grateful to have found that community of like-minded people I was looking for. I love my practice at Effin Yoga Studio!

Apprehensive to start going to yoga at first but those feelings were immediately squashed by the welcoming spirit of both teachers and participants. I have grown so much attending the last 6 months. Looking forward to the future.

I have seen this studio grow by leaps and bounds since it first opened a few years ago. All of the teachers are incredible and you can find a workout to suit your level. The studio is also one of the most welcoming I’ve been to.
